This appliance is indicated for chronic dysfunction of intra-capsular origin (disc displacement) or skeletal and muscular asymmetry. It functions as a positioning stent to correct vertical dimension, rotational, cant and protrusive changes. It is designed to correct skeletal muscular, tendon and ligament asymmetries. 

Patients adapt very quickly to the appliance due to the absence of acrylic lingual to the anteriors.
