The Accu3D™ Metal Printed Transpalatal Arch (TPA) is designed to hold the position of the maxillary molars, maintain the leeway space, and prevent molar extrusion during the patient’s transitional stage of development. By utilizing a wire that follows the vault of the palate, it eliminates the risk of a lingual arch wire interfering with the normal eruption of the bicuspids.

The appliance is comfortable and does not interfere with normal speech.  The entire structure of this appliance is 3D metal printed, reducing the chance of an anomaly in the appliance accuracy, versus the traditional TPA.
